| 安心吃粽 北市抽檢肉粽全過關

（優活健康網記者陳承璋／綜合報導）又到了農曆五月五日慶端午划龍舟、吃粽子的時候，臺北市政府衛生局為使消費者能吃到安全又衛生的粽子，5月間至北市各端節食品製造業、粽子專賣店、傳統市場等粽子販賣場所，抽驗各式粽子、餡料及粽葉等相關產品，總計抽樣86件，檢驗結果全數符合規定。
而此次衛生局抽樣之86件產品包含24件粽類、10件粽葉、34件餡料、15件糯、紫米及3件調味醬，檢驗項目包含防腐劑、漂白劑、殺菌劑、螢光增白劑、著色劑、甲醛、硼砂、黃麴毒素等，結果均符合規定。
衛生局也提醒業者使用食品添加物時，務必選用食品級產品，並依照「食品添加物之使用範圍及用量標準」合法酌量使用，若經衛生機關查獲不符合規定者，將依據違反食品衛生管理法第12條之規定，爰依同法第33條第3款處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。
