大陸三安光電(600703.SH)公告表示，其全資子公司Lightera Corporation擬以自有資金2,200萬美元收購Luminus Devices, Inc.(美國流明)100%股權。三安光電5日股價走揚，截庄10:28左右報20.15元人民幣，上漲6%。
美國流明是開發和生產用於要求高亮度的照明設備，其主要產品包括：白色LED、彩色LED、四色LED和紫外LED，根據應用場景分為顯示器業務、照明業務、娛樂業務和紫外光業務等。其主要客戶包括韓國LG、台灣宏碁、美國EYE照明、荷蘭飛利浦等國際大廠。
目前，美國流明在全球擁有93項專利，正在申請中的專利有58項。專利覆蓋LED產品的設計、製造方案，封裝、系統和應用的各個環節。目前，美國流明與日亞化學、首爾半導體、台灣晶元光電均有技術專利方面的合作。美國流明擁有和取得授權的核心技術包括麻省理工學院(MIT)和加州伯克利大學(UCB)授權流明公司獨家使用的技術專利。
三安光電表示，透過本次收購，不僅有利於進一步提升公司LED外延和晶片的核心技術，而且更有利於進一步加大公司整體產業佈局。
