| 拆清境民宿李蕭不同調？ 蕭家淇澄清

媒體報導指出，對於清境農場違法民宿拆除問題，內政部長李鴻源和內政部次長蕭家淇態度不同調。蕭家淇今天(20日)受訪時澄清，他與李鴻源對清境民宿的看法一致，沒有「不同調」。蕭家淇表示，因為不能依據災害潛勢地圖就拆除違建，所以依法要求業者限期改善，否則就斷水斷電或強制拆除。
內政部和南投縣政府日前公布清境農場的違法民宿名單，但是沒有立即拆除，引發討論。媒體報導也指出，內政部長李鴻源對拆除違法民宿態度軟化，但內政部次長蕭家淇卻表示可能會全數拆除，指李、蕭兩人不同調。
對此，蕭家淇20日受訪時強調自己與李鴻源的看法一致，因為不能根據災害潛勢圖就拆除違法民宿，所以只好先依照「建築法」、「都市計畫法」，要求違規業者限期改善；若沒有補辦執照，就會拆除或斷水斷電。蕭家淇說：『(原音)所以這部分並沒有「不同調」，部長的意思就是不能根據災害潛勢地圖去執行拆除工作，因為災害潛勢地圖沒有法定效力，也不能作為管制工具，地方政府還是必須依據「建築法」、「區域計畫法」來辦理。』
蕭家淇表示，7家違法民宿中有4家部分違建、3家全部違建，是所謂的「程序違建」，必須在一定期間內改正。
