| 認定撫摸親吻 許博允涉性騷擾被提起公訴

藝文界大老也是新象文教基金會創辦人的許博允，去年被女音樂家控訴涉嫌性騷擾，雖然許博允曾經多次舉行記者會澄清絕無此事，不過，台北地檢署偵查之後，認定他有撫摸女音樂家的後背、手臂，也有親吻對方的嘴唇，因此，今天依涉犯性騷擾防治法。提起公訴。

這起性騷擾疑雲，指控的是女聲樂家，被控的是新象文教基金會創辦人許博允，發生的時間則是在他擔任台北市政顧問期間，因此，去年爆發之後，引起社會矚目，不過，雙方各執一詞，許博允也多次出面否認，甚至重回案發現場開記者會說明。
全案經過台北地檢署受理偵辦，檢方認定，許博允在去年八月二十七號，參觀台北市立交響樂團排練時，涉嫌多次撫摸女音樂家的手臂，當天晚間聚餐時，也在餐廳外撫摸對方的後背，續拖開車時又繼續碰觸女子的身體，甚至到了PUB還繼續撫摸並趁敬酒時，親吻女音樂家的嘴唇。
檢方在調查之後，五號全案偵結，檢方依涉犯性騷擾防治法將許博允提起公訴。
