許多人喜歡喝汽水消暑解渴，但切記適可而止，因為過量飲用或許會給身體帶來巨大傷害。據英國媒體報導，英國西約克郡一名30歲男子多年來日飲3公升可樂，結果在睡夢中猝死。據報導，30歲的英曼患有輕微自閉症，自10歲開始喜歡大量喝飲料，平時每天會飲3公升可樂以及多杯水，但仍無法解渴。結果，他此前就曾因喝過量飲料而患上低鈉血症。
