力麒建設今天舉行股東會，會中承認去年營收達68.69億元，稅後純益18.97億元，每股稅後純益3.02元，每股淨值18.7元；公司通過每股配發1元股票股利，以及0.5元現金股利。
力麒表示，去年在「麗麒」、「力麒蕭邦」、「力麒首御」及「力麒麒御」等保留戶售出貢獻下，推升去年營運成長。
力麒指出，今年在ECFA效應下，尤其是陸客商務往來衍生的資金效應，可望帶動豪宅及商辦市場行情，市場將呈現強者恆強，漲跌互見的局面。公司預計今年全年推案量可達30億元，銷售模式可能採取邊建邊售、先建後售或預售的方式。今年入帳個案將以「麗麒」、「力麒首御」及「力麒麒御」等完工個案售出，為今年營運重點。

| 新加坡人集會 抗議網路管制新法

在當地部落客的領導下，大約1,500名新加坡人今天(8日)參加一項集會，抗議政府對新聞網站的新規定，認為這項做法鉗制了言論自由。
抗議民眾在芳林公園的「民主講台(Speakers' Corner)」平和集會，這項活動是由一個名為「Free My Internet」的部落客聯盟發起，抗議6月1日生效的監管規定。
聯盟發言人、同時也是政治新聞網站The Online Citizen共同發起人之一的Choo Zheng Xi說，今天所要傳達的訊息是，政府必須相信他們，不要再把他們當小孩子。
他告訴法新社，當世界各國政府降低對網路的監管之際，全球人均最富裕國家之一的新加坡卻往相反的方向前進，這在國際間很難堪。
「Free My Internet」曾經在6日發起「網頁斷電(Internet blackout)」活動，超過130個部落客讓他們的部落格網頁呈現一片黑，只看得到大大的「Free My Internet」字樣。
新加坡媒體發展管理局日前公布新政策，從6月1日起，密集報導新加坡新聞的網站，必須要花5萬新元(約新台幣120萬元)的保證金，向政府申請執照，而且如果政府認定新聞內容不合規定，新聞要在24小時內撤下。
