| 12年國教「免學費不排富」 蔣偉寧：15區明年上路

教育部長蔣偉寧今天說，12年國教「免學費、不排富」基本定調，15個就學區明年會如期上路。
「中央社」報導，蔣偉寧接受記者詢問時表示，教育部已與目前就讀8年級的學生有約定，基於信賴保護原則，12年國教明年會如期上路，屆時將有至少75%學生會免試進入高中職，特色招生考試將限縮在25%以內。
此外，蔣偉寧表示，12年國教「免學費、不排富」已基本定調，但目前政府提供的高中職容量不足，私人興學提供約50%容量，必須補助私立高中職，才能有足夠容量，私立高中職的公益性，也因接受政府補助而增加，必須同意設公益監察人以確保財務透明。
蔣偉寧還說，12年國教高中職部分若設排富條款，預估經費將較不設排富條款減少約新台幣30億元，而為明年12年國教上路，教育部已籌編預算310多億元，「經費基本到位」。

| 避免長波UVA傷害 確保皮膚健康

短波UVA曬紅曬傷，長波的UVA會造成曬黑老化，皮膚科醫師建議，要記得天天做防曬，還要擦能夠防護UVA和UVB的防曬品，出門前20分鐘就要完成防曬，另外插完防曬後也要記得「遮蔽」，減少陽光曝曬。
