端午節過去民間有一項習俗，就是藉由百草淨身去穢的『蓄蘭沐浴』，宜蘭縣礁溪有溫泉業者應景推出雄黃酒湯、糯米湯、絲瓜湯等不同湯頭，希望讓民眾體驗百草淨身，『蓄蘭沐浴』的端午精神。(賴沁沁報導)

早年民間將農曆五月視為「惡月」，因為這個時節正逢潮濕的夏天，所有爬的、飛的小動物，統統都脫離蟄伏時期出來活動，因此在古書上提到五月五日蓄蘭沐浴，可以採百草煎湯沐浴，以求辟惡去穢。溫泉業者歐子豪說，配合端午節特別推出應景的雄黃酒池、糯米湯、絲瓜湯、海帶湯、紅麴湯、淡花湯等不同湯頭，讓民眾體驗百草淨身的溫泉意境。

此外，業者還利用糯米『端』出大鍋飯時代的鍋巴『鼎疕』料理，鍋巴是過去農業社會的零嘴產物，但電鍋器具出現後就逐漸消失，希望透過不同形式的鍋巴美食，讓長輩們重溫鍋巴香酥濃脆的懷舊好滋味！
