去年過年，1名蘇姓女美容師的愛犬被老家許姓鄰居(60歲)飼養的獵犬追咬，蘇女護犬臉、手也遭咬傷，憤而提告，許男被依過失傷害罪判處拘役40天。蘇女並求償70萬餘元。台南地院審理後，判決許男需賠償9萬餘元。

蘇女指稱，她是美容師，因職業特色非常注重容貌及外觀，臉部被咬傷深及真皮層，需做顏面重建美容手術，遭咬傷的手部也因肌膜炎及肌腱受傷，3個月無法工作，求償70萬餘元。

台南地院審理調閱就醫記錄後認為，蘇女臉部僅撕裂傷，顏面重建美容非必要醫療，且手部發生筋膜炎及肌腱受傷是在3個月後，無法證明是因被狗咬傷所致，但考量蘇女是美容師外貌受傷悲痛比常人高，判決許男需賠償9萬餘元。
