針對會計法修正，行政院明天將提出覆議。國民黨大黨鞭林鴻池表示，社會氛圍希望行政院提出覆議，國民黨團將「全力支持行政院」，這也代表會計法修法「一切歸零」，黨團也不會將會計法列為臨時會討論的議案。

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北4日電）外交部今天表示，為使國際社會瞭解「廣大興28號」事件真相，駐外館處持續接受專訪、投書等方式，向國際媒體重申政府立場。
外交部晚間表示，日本、荷蘭、美國、義大利及巴拿馬等國媒體續刊登中華民國駐外館處的專訪及投書，說明菲律賓公務船違反國際法的真相，並強調中華民國政府要求菲國正式道歉。
外交部表示，日本「每日新聞」刊登駐日代表沈斯淳的專訪指出，台灣漁民的死亡是菲律賓公務船蓄意的槍擊行為造成，行為明顯違反「聯合國海洋法公約」，且已大幅逾越沿岸國在專屬經濟水域可行使的檢查及逮捕等權限。
沈斯淳強調，政府5月16日在南台灣外海的行動是為維護漁民作業安全的護漁措施，而非軍事演習，避免悲劇重演，台灣將加強在南海的護漁行動。
此外，外交部說，荷蘭「鹿特丹商報」（NRCHandelsblad）刊登駐荷蘭代表李光章的投書指出，菲國海防隊以機槍掃射在合法海域捕魚的無武裝台灣漁船，違反國際法。
