保險套戴雙層才保險 小心磨破滑脫

最近網路流傳「預防梅毒感染，應戴雙層保險套」的說法，疾病管制局今11日正式澄清，強調戴雙層保險套是迷思，正確的使用、一層就足以防護；戴了雙層保險套，乳膠容易磨破，並增加保險套滑脫的風險，更不安全。

這項說法是源自一篇媒體報導，並且引述醫師說法，但疾管局副局長周志浩澄清，使用兩層保險套時，保險套的乳膠會因內外層摩擦而破損裂開，保險套也容易滑脫；長期推廣安全性行為的紅絲帶基金會，也在官網聲明：「大家都知道，保險套戴2層容易破。」質疑是記者寫錯？還是醫師口誤？

預防性傳染病2原則

周志浩表示，梅毒、淋病與愛滋等傳染病，主要經由性交及其他性行為的緊密接觸而傳染，正確的預防方法有2大原則：

1. 避免多重性伴侶或與性生活史不明的對象發生不安全性行為。

2. 發生性行為時，務必全程正確使用保險套；若需使用潤滑液，應選用水性潤滑液，不可使用嬰兒油、乳液等油性潤滑液，以免破壞保險套材質。

保險套7點注意事項

紅絲帶基金會也宣導，關於保險套，民眾有7點必知事項：

1. 保險套有使用期限。

2. 保險套最好放在隨手可得的地方，以防不時之需。

3. 好的保險套應為厚薄均勻的乳膠製品，若厚薄不均、添加香料，均會影響其安全性。

4. 保險套應該從勃起到射精全程使用。

5. 口交和使用性玩具時也要用保險套。

6. 使用保險套不是丟臉的事，更不是懷疑對方，而是一種保護自己、負責任的做法。

7. 無論性行為到哪個階段，只要保險套一破，一定要馬上換新的。
