| 發現性愛影片 老公、表妹是主角

李姓女子在自家開設的公司擔任會計，用電腦清查年度稅務資料，發現名為「愛之旅」的影片資料夾，以為是員工旅遊的短片，播放才驚覺是結褵25年的老公，與已離職的小姨子纏綿「愛情動作片」，一氣之下控告男女主角妨害家庭。
「男主角」張姓老闆在台中經營頗具規模的機械鈑金公司，由太太李女管理帳務。李女原本很少進公司，年關將近到董事長辦公室用電腦查詢帳務資料，看到電腦中有短片，誤以為是去年員工旅遊照片，播放才知老公與遠房劉姓表妹的親熱影片。
李女說，當初是心疼表妹離婚無依無靠，沒想到引狼入室。她氣得將影片拷貝後，到派出所提告。
警方調查，已結婚20多年的張男，與妻子的遠房劉姓表妹交往兩年多，節慶時還送禮給劉女表達情意；電腦檔案是2年前去某汽車旅館時做愛自拍；因妻子提供證據並堅持提告，全案訊後依妨害家庭罪嫌偵辦。
