| 收到停工令 日月光張虔生周日拜會高市府

日月光高雄K7廠排放廢水，遭到高雄市環保局停工處分，「停工令」12月21日中午寄達，日月光收文後立即生效。
日月光集團預訂12月22日上午十一點拜會高雄市政府，除了董事長張虔生帶隊之外，一同前往的還包括日月光營運長吳田玉，集團副總周光春，以及高雄廠總經理羅瑞榮。至於高雄市政府則由市長陳菊接見，相關局處包括環保、勞工、經發局等都會出席。
由於高市環保局發出的「停工令」止於K7廠的晶圓製程，影響約佔K7廠規模的三分之一，衝擊已經比早先預期縮小，而日月光也表示會盡快改善，縮短停工時間。預料日月光拜會高雄市政府，會再次表達改善污染的決心，以及停工期間遵守勞基法對待K7廠員工。
