| 台矽能不排除出脫部分持股化解資金危機

【高佳菁／台北報導】台灣矽能（5296）昨因現金增資尚未完成，導致存款不足，遭台灣銀行西屯分行退票，總金額731.7萬元，發言人林純如表示，公司先以換票方式遞延票據債務，並將積極與債務人協商，若協商破局，不排除出脫轉投資部分持股，讓公司持續走下去。
她指出，目前公司的資產仍大於負債，且每個月都有電費收入，會發生退票事件，主要是因為策略性投資夥伴礙於12月資金吃緊，且投資可能會有帳面虧損疑慮，以致資金無法順利到位。
公司將積極與債務人協商，希望能達成共識，讓公司持續經營下去，若協商破局，不排除出脫轉投資3家電力公司部分持股，化解這次資金危機。
