同欣電股東會 今改選董監

LED散熱基板大廠同欣電（6271）今（19）日將舉辦股東常會並進行董監改選。

該公司總經理劉煥林先前法說會時，曾下修第2季營收成長僅與第1季持平，然而由5、6月單月營收皆將高於第1季營收平均水準來看，第2季實際營收數將比公司原預期樂觀許多。

這不是同欣電首度對營運的預期有出入，同欣電今年5月法說會時劉煥林曾預告，因美系大客戶推出低價燈泡（意指Cree），其它照明客戶也跟進推出，使得同欣電提供的散熱基板必須重新設計，因此第2季營收將受影響僅與第1季持平。

不過，同欣電4、5月產品中占比最大的LED散熱基板，營收占比也分別都有47％與43％的水準，皆與第1季散熱基板占比45％不相上下。值得注意的是，影像感測模組4、5月也都在2億元以上，大幅優於去年同期，成為引領第2季優於預期成長的關鍵角色。

同欣電今日股東會除將進行董監改選，並將承認去年財報及配發通過現金股利5元。

嚴懲酒駕新制上路，警政署發動全國大執法，一連三天共計查獲酒駕案件九百件，其中被依公共危險罪移送法辦有六一四件，拒酒測避刑責七十六件。期間並發生多起酒駕撞死人的重大事件，顯示駕駛人仍心存僥倖。

警政署表示，今年一到五月，拒絕酒測就多達三二四一件，平均每月都有五、六百件。嚴懲酒駕新制上周上路後，三天執法行動中，的確發現不少駕駛人會使出各種花招躲避酒測。

警方也發現，就這幾天查緝結果來看，多數駕駛人幾乎只要酒後駕車，酒測值就很容易超過○．二五的法辦標準。呼籲民眾，只要喝酒就不要開車，否則可能因此吃牢飯，還會丟了工作。

除了耍花招避酒測，甚至有民眾寧願拒絕酒測挨罰，也不願冒可能因酒測值超標而坐牢的風險。內政部長李鴻源昨天上午出席台灣民主基金會新廈落成啟用典禮及十周年慶祝活動，他受訪時表示坦言，目前看起來執法上「有些漏洞」，警政署會趕快想辦法如何把洞補起來，希望民眾不要心存僥倖。

警政署指出，拒酒測依現行法令將處九萬元罰鍰並吊銷駕照，三年不得再考領，處罰很重，但部分駕駛人寧可花錢消災。未來已積極會同交通部及法務部研擬相關因應作為及配套，防堵修法後的拒測漏洞。
