| 我這樣要求會不會太過分?

最近在物色輕便機種，不知道想要下列規格都有的消費機是不是太超過
1.24~25mm廣角
2.有wifi可上傳照片至手機，用手機當取景螢幕。
3.光圈越大越好，f1.4~f1.8
4.防水
因為逛來逛去都只能找到最多符合三項的機種....

| 〈獨家〉iPhone 5剛買就壞 2小時欲退遭拒

台中市一名翁先生，花了3萬多元，買了新的iPhone 5，在櫃檯時就發現HOME鍵有瑕疵不能按，馬上向店員反應，店員不但沒有換新的給他，還說可能是電力不足，叫他回家充電，但消費者回家後，HOME鍵還是不能用，想要向店家換新的，業者卻說只能換良品，翁先生氣得大罵實在不合理。
投訴人翁先生：「想要按回去主畫面按不回去，就像現在這樣，按不回去，沒有反應。」
翁先生好氣憤，這個月12日到通訊行，花了3萬多元，買了新的iPhone 5，當下就發現手機有瑕疵，並馬上向門市人員反映。翁先生：「他就跟我說，你可以先拿回去先充電，充飽之後你再試試看它會不會有反應。」
翁先生不疑有他，把手機拿回家充電，但是兩個小時之後，HOME鍵按了還是沒有反應，想拿回門市換一支新的，業者卻說只能換良品。翁先生：「因為他一直跟我強調，良品跟新機是一樣的，但是如果是一樣的，他為什麼不能直接換新機給我，堅持一定要換良品給我。」
業者解釋，產品拆封後不能更換新的，是蘋果公司的規定，目前還在了解個案，無法做出公開回應，但是消費者當場就反映產品有問題，業者沒有馬上處理，反而請消費者回去再試試看，等於強迫離開現場，民眾花大錢卻換來一肚子氣。
