我網購也兩三年了，從來沒中過電子發票最低兩百的獎項，實體店面反而還有兩百塊耶，是不是網購的本來中的機會就比實體店面低很多啊？妳們網購電子發票中獎過嗎？

我已經20歲了,有工作~ 我現在有在分期付款一台機車~ 那如果我到別家機車行, 可以再買一台機車分期嗎? 不同的(分期付款)公司,會查的到嗎? p.s 別問我為甚麼可以嗎?拜託了~TˇT~...

作廢彩券回收不當 財部被糾正

〔自由時報記者羅添斌、張舒婷／台北報導〕國內多次發生作廢彩券中大額獎金的爭議事件，自第三屆發行機構取得公益彩券發行權後，發生四十四次高額彩券作廢事件，金額高達十一．八億餘元，監委認為財政部「查核作為不足、查核機制不全」，昨通過糾正財政部，要求檢討改進。

今年除夕開獎期間，嘉義縣某彩券行傳出一起作廢彩券中頭獎，台彩公司派人回收後，該彩券行再度開出頭彩，遭各界認為過度巧合且不尋常。監委程仁宏及楊美鈴申請自動調查，監院昨通過調查報告。

監委調查發現，現行發行機構報財政部核備的資料，並未包括「作廢彩券回收管理作業辦法」及「高額作廢彩券緊急通報處理程序」，僅由發行機構訂定後納入經銷商開店教育訓練課程及教材等。

經查台彩公司符合高額作廢彩券通報條件者（新台幣一百萬元以上），其中一千萬元以上須立即於開獎當日晚上回收；一千萬元以下於次日經銷商開店前回收等。

監委認為，近來發生高額彩券作廢之種類有五種、四十四次，金額達十一．八億餘元，有種類多、次數多及金額高的情形；監委強調，財政部未督促彩券發行機構等檢討高額作廢彩券通報處理程序，且回收過程也與原訂處理程序不盡相符，應一併檢討改進。

國庫署官員回應，尚未接到監察院公文，不過之後會要求台彩公司將彩券回收管理辦法及通報程序，列入與經銷商間的正式契約，讓相關規範更完善。
