最近夏天到了
因為幾乎沒有一下子就曬黑過的經驗
所以也沒有特別去注重防曬(頂多躲太陽？
結果前幾天回家那一天發現突然變黑了
尤其是背部的部分...(衣服裡穿內搭衣結果有內搭衣肩帶的部分是白的肩膀和脖子有一部份都曬黑了)臉也一樣有些曬黑
請問有甚麼辦法可以比較快變白呢？
除了儘量不要再曬到太陽之外(這平常就會了)
*我不要什麼牛奶+ooxx然後擦在身上的那種方法
如果要擦什麼乳液之類的麻煩也給一下哪裡買的到謝謝(最好是一瓶臉和身體都能擦的那種)

如題~兵單到了下周入伍~我也是想就這樣常備役趕緊當一當就好~
但我的扁平足是166度~是在去年新標準實施之前做體檢的所以常備役~
在新標準會被判定為替代役~
很怕進去新訓體檢當天醫官有我資料會把我退回家等當替代役~~
想知道會不會有這樣的情形發生~~
如果他有要退我的動作有沒有方法能夠自願繼續留下來當常備役之類的~~~
完全不想浪費時間~~~
