奇美博物館 許文龍堅持免費

（中央社記者張榮祥台南2013年6月18日電）「奇美博物館是大家的家，我堅持入館免費。」奇美博物館預定明年開館，奇美集團創辦人許文龍說，「哪有人回家要付錢的。」

台南市政府和財團法人奇美博物館基金會今天中午在大億麗緻酒店簽訂「台南都會公園暨博物館園區整建、營運及移轉（ROT）案」，廣達40公頃的台南都會公園及博物館園區將交由奇美博物館基金會營運管理，為期50年。

台南市長賴清德、基金會董事長廖錦祥代表雙方簽約，許文龍及奇美集團重要幹部全數到場。廖錦祥初估，博物館入館免費，基金會每年至少開支新台幣2億元，奇美集團旗下企業要努力賺錢才行，否則就要請市府幫忙出錢了。

這項ROT案源起前台南縣長蘇煥智媒合台糖公司聯合開發，由台糖提供40公頃土地作為台南都會公園之用，其中9.56公頃由奇美實業興建博物館硬體、附屬建築物等，再無償捐給公部門。

台南市政府今年初公開徵求民間投資人參與ROT案，但僅奇美博物館基金會提出申請，全案3月敲定，預定明年開館。

基金會表示，奇美博物館硬體斥資13億元，內部將再投入12億3000萬元，總經費高達25億元，預估每年可吸引200萬人次的遊客。

【綜合報導】癮君子注意了，衛生署國健局日前開會決定，全台鄰里公園、國家公園都屬於菸害防止法規範的禁菸場所，若未設吸菸區，將全面禁菸，若民眾未遵守被查獲，可處2千元至1萬元的罰款。

《自由時報》報導，會議中決定各縣市各自行評估哪些公園全面禁菸，哪些公園可設吸菸區，但不少地方政府認為應該等做好配套再上路，全面禁菸有困難。
