| 二手銀行招考函授志光課程

今年6月的剛考完銀行招考
我想報名明年的一般金融人員
想問問有沒有人想賣二手的志光函授
有全部的科目的光碟跟講義
國文、英文、會計學概要、貨幣銀行學概要、票據法概要
最好是近年的 102 101 100皆可喔~~
或者有推薦別加的二手函授也可喔

| 請問巧克力的內餡不光滑(20點)

最近在學做手工巧克力
我看食譜製作一款
芒果巧克力
是用模型和內餡做的巧克力
可是我內餡不管怎麼做
都非常的粗糙且口感不佳
配方及製作過程如下
芒果濃縮醬 32g
蛋黃 16g
鮮奶 26g
奶油 44g
乳白巧克力 126g
製作流程：
1.將芒果濃縮醬和蛋黃加入鮮奶隔水加熱
2.再加入奶油，融化(此步驟前 還有要加入芒果香精，但是因為自己吃就不加)
3.另外將乳白巧克力隔水加熱融化
4.將步驟2的部分加入已融化的乳白巧克力內，拌勻
5.拌勻後，巧克力內餡會呈現光澤
大致上過程就這樣
但是我做出來的卻是非常的粗糙
不知道是不是在將兩者拌勻時的溫差太大還是怎樣
(我是先完成1.2.步驟再融化巧克力)
請問有人可以告知我注意事項或是可能造成此原因的關係
另外 這內餡部分的巧克力我並沒有調溫
因為我也不確認我買的到底要不要調溫
我買的是 正慧食品的高級牛奶巧克力
最後一個問題是
我應該要 先做好外殼->拿進冰箱冰
再製作內餡
還是應該先製作內餡
再製作外殼呀!?
內餡到底要不要放涼呢?!
這部分的前後順序我也不是很清楚
麻煩各位前輩了
