首宗拒酒測抽血 北檢火速起訴

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北19日電）謝姓男子今天酒駕遭警方攔檢，拒酒測經強制抽血驗出酒測值超標。台北地檢署火速偵結，依公共危險罪嫌起訴，建請從重量刑。

謝男是藝人資工彌（本名余函彌）的前經紀人。這是酒駕新制上路後，警方近日酒測大執法以來，全台首件拒絕酒測、被強制抽血的案件。

根據起訴書，謝男現年37歲，曾在民國95年酒駕，遭檢方處分緩起訴確定。他卻不知悔改，18日晚上又到台北市忠孝東路4段附近的餐廳喝了2杯威士忌，酒醉未退，就在今天凌晨開車行經台北市東區敦化南路，因轉彎沒打方向燈等異常駕駛，遭警方攔查。

謝男辯稱「吹不出來」而拒絕酒測，警方報請檢察官核發鑑定許可書後，凌晨5時將他送往醫院抽血，檢驗換算出呼氣酒測值為每公升0.59毫克，將他依公共危險罪嫌移送台北地檢署。謝男坦承酒駕，檢方複訊後請回。

北檢在短短4小時內火速偵查終結，審酌政府已修法提高酒駕刑責，並強力宣導取締酒駕，謝男竟漠視不理，犯後態度不佳，依涉犯公共危險罪嫌起訴，向法院聲請簡易判決處刑，並建請法官從重量刑。

依刑法第185條之3規定，駕駛動力交通工具，吐氣所含酒精濃度達每公升0.25毫克或血液中酒精濃度達0.05%以上，處2年以下有期徒刑，得併科新台幣20萬元以下罰金。1020619

一直夢見黑狗

夢見這隻黑狗，已經兩次了
兩次夢境都已經很模糊，但是只記得都是噩夢
第二次比較有印象～一個很不舒服的夢
夢見被什麼東西追著～
然後那隻黑狗一直保護我，抵抗它
然後我就驚醒～卻感覺旁邊有人在等我睡著
我一閉上眼睛，就夢到血肉模糊的畫面
那隻狗一直在我旁邊不離不棄，保護我
可是我沒養過黑狗，牠全黑，約是中型犬，但是眼睛很有神
但是我看著他不覺得恐怖，很熟悉
我想請問這是有意思的夢嗎？！
