【張勵德／台北報導】家扶基金會今天公布《2013家庭教育與支持：兒童觀點》調查報告，檢視國內9至16歲學童家庭，發現約有30%、50萬7200戶家庭功能狀態落入「高風險家庭」水平，39%的兒童表示做錯事情時，家人會不分青紅皂白責罵自己，並有21%表示家人會動手打人管教。

家扶也統計去年該會兒保服務案件，共新增1232名兒少保護個案，因父母不當管教比例最多，達30.05%，其次是嚴重疏忽，佔23.49%，這些兒虐案發生很大的原因是父母缺乏親職知識與疏忽照顧。家扶呼籲政府要積極落實《家庭教育法》，才能有效預防兒虐事件重複發生。
