【於慶中／綜合外電報導】約旦皇后拉妮亞(Queen Rania of Jordan)被籲為世界上最美皇后之一，她近日開設了個人《推特》(twitter)帳戶，分享日常生活，展示她平易近人一面。
43歲的拉妮亞，本月初開設推特帳戶至今，已吸引超過3.5萬名追隨者。拉妮亞形容自己是「一位媽媽及太太，有一份棒極了的工作」。拉妮亞分享她與全球各地政要的合照，包括已故南非總統曼德拉(Nelson Mandela)、美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)、前總統克林頓(Bill Clinton)等，而她與丈夫國王阿卜杜拉二世(King Abdullah of Jordan)及4位王子公主，在餐廳用餐、陪小公主彈吉他等，都顯示出這位皇后平實的一面。
約旦皇室表現親民，早前國王阿卜杜拉二世外出時，看到有私家車在雪地卡住，便親自協助平民推車，贏得國內外讚賞。

| 十字弓釘人入喉 種族歧視者遭判10年

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】無論是多先進的國家，種族問題都依然存在。英國22歲男子伍利斯(Rod Woolliss)，日前與3名友人一起，霸凌27歲立陶宛籍男子杰德米納斯(Rolanda Gedminas)，伍利斯拿出十字弓，從杰德米納斯的左臉頰射入一根長釘，口中並大喊「你這個骯髒的外國人」，杰德米納斯當場倒下，在場旁觀的3人紛紛把手中沒喝完的啤酒倒在他的頭上身上，之後離開現場。
杰德米納斯被送到醫院急救，醫師事後表示：「這根釘子再往前、或往左往右1公厘，他就死定了」，手術將長釘取出後，目前已經完全恢復。伍利斯和友人都被逮捕，日前法官重判伍利斯10年有期徒刑，其他3人也將在近日宣判。
