偶像團體AK登陸宣傳新專輯「Gentleman」，48天跑遍北京、上海、廣州、長沙、天津、杭州、南京、成都、武漢、佛山等重點城市，面對各地美食誘惑，AK擔心身材走樣，夜夜勤上健身房操肌。此趟大陸行，AK分別巧遇偶像周潤發與崔始源，堪稱意外的收穫。

AK靠健美肌肉打響名號，登陸宣傳不免被要求小露性感，為維持最佳狀態，無論收工後多疲憊，AK每晚都花1個半小時健身，有時飯店健身房已打烊，兩人還會苦求飯店經理通融，1天沒運動就渾身不對勁。

一步一腳印地努力宣傳，AK工作之餘意外見到心中偶像。陳奕在師兄何潤東主演電影「西遊記之大鬧天宮」酒會上看到周潤發，當下緊張地說不出話，鼓起勇氣提出合照請求，周潤發大方拉著陳奕玩自拍。

從3月宣傳期開跑後，AK整整3個月沒放假，如今終於告一段落，AK今前往南韓參加公司員工旅遊，好好放鬆1個星期，7月1日AK受邀參加花蓮嘉年華演唱會。
