【呂志明／台北報導】北檢偵辦張廣元賭博電玩弊案，查出調查局駐國稅局監察主任林啟川，涉嫌打探出檢調偵搜情形後，輾轉洩露給業者，讓業者在搜索前夕得以關店潛逃國外，昨天將他聲押禁見後，突然情緒失控，用頭連撞三次牆到頭破血流，連檢察官想要制止他，手臂都遭到抓傷。台北地院預計今天上午開聲押庭，同時也已指派法警加強戒護安全。

當林啟川待在北檢拘留室時，曾經與他一同偵辦「天天開心」酒店警、媒插股包庇弊案的主任檢察官李嘉明，聞訊火速到法警室安撫林的情緒，林見到熟人後相當激動，幾乎要哭了出來，他一直掛念家人會擔心他，並請友人轉達家人，要女兒用功讀書、安心出國，不要替他操心。

【綜合報導】昨中華電信MOD、凱擘、TBC台灣寬頻通訊宣布鴻海70吋液晶大電視綁約方案，月付299至899元、綁約2至3年，70吋電視可用綁約價5萬8800元帶回家。但業者說，70吋電視市佔率不到1%，只能主打商務客；也提醒欲安裝者，客廳需12至15坪，觀看距離要4至5公尺。  

中華電信日前推鴻海60吋電視綁約方案，已逾1萬2000人申辦；業者稱鴻海70吋電視綁約價不到6萬元，是目前市場上規格及價格最超值，家庭與企業客戶都適用，後天起至門市申辦「光世代HiNet 與MOD精選餐」方案，月付888元起、綁約2年，70吋電視售價5萬8800元。
