走樓梯當運動 往上爬護膝蓋

血管裝過支架的人，不適合太激烈的運動，台大醫學院內科教授黃瑞仁醫師在一場講座中指出，快走仍是心血管疾病患者較理想。上班族利用中午飯後走樓梯也可考慮，但樓梯只適合往上走，往下走最好坐電梯，以免傷膝蓋。

黃瑞仁醫師表示，很少運動的上班族走樓梯可先從五層樓開始，隨著體力改善再增加樓層數。

如果曾有爬一兩層樓梯便很累很喘或是容易出現心悸的情況，醫師建議最好進行檢查，及早預防篩檢，以免不幸意外發生。

四十歲以上的中年族群往往漸漸出現動脈硬化，加上此年齡層有不少忙碌的上班族，經常應酬熬夜，高血壓、高血脂患者甚多，醫師建議定期篩檢。

病患長期抽煙，患有高血壓、高血脂等心臟血管疾病，血管內膜會產生病變，脂肪類的雜質囤積在血管壁上，使動脈硬化，血管壁變得脆弱、無彈性，因為血流的壓力，使血管壁變形，一旦能破裂，導致體內瞬間大出血。

醫師提醒，檢查心腦血管狀態有必要，當民眾開始服用高血壓、高血脂、心律不整、糖尿病相關治療藥物後，也該進行篩檢，以了解心血管疾病進行的狀況及藥物的效果。
