| 疑久病厭世 老翁上吊亡

【陸運鋒／新北報導】今天清晨3時許，新北市新莊新莊路一處民宅，發生一起老翁上吊自殺案件，老翁妻子半夜起床上廁所時，發現丈夫在廁所外上吊，已無氣息，趕緊通報兒女前來，並通報警方。
警方調查，死者褚姓老翁(79歲)，有肺炎及肺鈣化病史，兩周前開始咳出血來，並且向女兒透露輕生念頭，死者未留遺書，身上也無外傷，初步排除有他殺跡象，遺體移往殯儀館待檢察官相驗，案由警方調查中。

| 「小姐你看一下！」 對女路人露鳥慣竊判刑1年

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】新北市1名32歲林姓慣竊，1年多前，騎乘竊來機車，行經五股區時，向1名女路人佯裝詢問時間，卻趁機撫摸女路人胸部，被女路人怒罵後，竟脫褲露鳥，還對著女路人說：「小姐你看一下！」
林男落網後，否認犯行，並辯稱當時酒醉什麼都不記得，但路口監視器清楚錄到林男犯行，讓其犯行無所遁形，宜蘭地院今天將林男依公然猥褻罪判處3月徒刑，另林男連竊3輛機車犯行，各被判處4月徒刑，合併應執行1年徒刑，得易科罰金36萬元。

【綜合報導】男子張志遠（58歲）昨天下午在新北市樹林區中華路與太平路路口吹哨指揮交通，胡亂指揮為引警，見警「如願」前來，立即表明自己是通緝犯，為了想吃牢飯，開心落網。
警員確認他是通緝犯後移送歸案，張男在押送過程見到人都很有禮貌的打招呼，見到記者拍照還連說：「謝謝！謝謝！」警員好氣又好笑的說：「真的很想吃牢飯。」
