黃姓女子(三十九歲)與丈夫相處不睦，曾向鍾姓同事（五十歲）借住桃園市住處居住。去年一月八日，丈夫發現妻子從鍾男住處地下室停車場開車離開，當場將她攔下，並控告黃、鍾二人通姦。
黃女供稱，當天被丈夫攔阻，為求脫身，不得已才說與男同事發生過性關係,事實上她僅是借房子住而已。鍾亦稱只借房子,自己沒住那,因缺乏直接通姦証據,檢方不起訴處分。

【黃揚明／台北報導】《中時》日前質疑即將立法的《媒體壟斷防制與多元維護法》草案中，媒金分離玩假的，對《自由》、富邦等集團放水。前金管會主委、中研院研究員施俊吉今反駁，《中時》的論調子虛烏有，是烏賊戰術、混淆視聽，「旺中集團看不懂法律！」

施俊吉說，若該法立法完成實施後，任何現在沒有媒金分離的媒體事業，都要遵守媒金分離，包括《自由時報》和聯邦銀行、大富與富邦金控及旺中集團所屬的國票金控、旺旺友聯都有媒金合一的疑慮存在，都要進行修正。「不知《中時》在吵什麼東西！」
