《國際經濟》改善預算赤字，英財長達成減支計畫協議

【時報-外電報導】英國財政部表示，為幫助削減預算赤字，財政大臣奧斯本（George Osborne）周日已與政府相關部門達成協議，確保2015～2016年減支115億英鎊（約177億美元）的計畫，預計於本周三（26日）公布支出限額細節。

不過，消息人士透露，在宣布最新減支計畫的同時，奧斯本也會宣布一系列的大型政府投資新項目，如修建公路、鐵路，增加教育和科研投入等。

奧斯本稍早對英國廣播公司（BBC）表示，英國經濟目前雖仍虛弱，但已脫離加護病房，正從「病危期轉入康復期」；當前目標為確保經濟復甦，由於目前英國預算赤字仍太高，必須透過大幅度削減公共開支進行改善，否則症狀可能復發。

英國經濟成長在歷經兩年的停滯後，近期再度出現走強跡象，預期奧斯本將在本周三提供更多對於基礎設施支出的細節，以說服選民相信此計畫可靠。由於2015年適逢英國大選，此項減支協商使得奧斯本承受更多政治壓力。
