【綜合報導】貓咪竟然會說話！中國遼寧撫順一名尹姓婦人飼養的貓咪竟然會說話，會說「要」、又會說「奶奶」、婦人還爆料會叫「媽」，還說，有一天她在煮餃子時，這隻神貓還問她「幹啥」。

 中國瀋陽晚報記者到尹婦家中錄影，確實錄到貓咪說「來」以及叫「奶奶」的情形。但獸醫師認為，這是動物的條件反射行為，可能是這隻貓的聲帶比較特別，因此聽上去很像貓在說話。

【顏振凱/台北報導】針對公債法修正，民進黨內出現內鬨狀況，嘉義縣長張花冠串連雲林縣長蘇治芬召開記者會，轟朝野協商版本獨厚直轄市，黨內人士也坦言，台南市長賴清德、高雄市長陳菊希望儘速通過朝野本已達成初步共識的公債法修正案版本，同意修正縣市債務佔GDP比率為1.63％，個別縣市債務佔歲出預算為48％，但張花冠要求縣市債務佔GDP的比率應為1.93％，個別縣市佔其歲出預算比率則為60％，民進黨主席蘇貞昌明除邀所有執政縣市長出席中常會，表達執政縣市一致反對服貿協議立場，也將討論公債法議題，盼整合黨內立場。
