【涂建豐、周昭平／高雄報導】高市一位方先生，日前在全聯高雄左營大路分店購買韓英公司進口韓國泡菜，吃的時候感覺味道怪怪，吐出來竟發現是疑使用過的透氣膠布包著紗布，當場傻眼，「感覺超級噁心！」他向廠商反應，廠商直到昨日下午才說「韓國方面檢驗說紗布沒有血跡反應！」

高市衛生局將要求業者限期改善，若未能改善，將處六萬元以上六百萬元以下罰鍰。

【晏明強／台北報導】兩岸服貿協議簽署後雜音不斷，馬英九總統昨接受《經濟日報》專訪時首度回應表示，兩岸經濟協議是有給有拿（give and take）的局面，他期勉企業要有開創精神，勇於去大陸「拿」。

馬還強調，我方對外開放幅度原就比較大，稅率也較低，未來開放給陸方的會比較少，但若我們都不開放，別人也不會想跟我們談，這次兩岸服貿協議，「國外都在看台灣開放到何種程度」，因為這會影響他們日後想不想跟我方談自由貿易協定（FTA）。而繼兩岸服貿協議後，馬英九也說，希望年底兩岸能再簽貨品貿易協議。
