【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】投資人對中國錢荒的擔憂有所減緩，加上美國第1季經濟成長率終值，意外由原估的2.4%下修至1.8%，緩解市場對於美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）時間點逼近的憂慮，周三美股早盤延續前日漲勢，歐洲主要股市收紅，法國股市大漲逾2%。

美國商務部公布，受第1季消費支出增幅由3.4%下修至2.6%影響，第1季經濟成長率終值僅有1.8%，不如原估的2.4%，反映美國消費者在增稅之後為量入為出而收緊荷包。

消費支出佔美國經濟約70%。市場解讀認為，經濟成長動力縮減，Fed將無法太快開始減碼QE，仍有必要持續寬鬆政策。

南韓經濟副總理兼企劃財政部長玄旿錫指出，面對退出量化寬鬆等全球經濟環境發生變化，今年G20（Group of Twenty，20國集團）峰會的作用十分重要。

【陸運鋒／新北報導】昨天晚上9時許，新北市消防局接獲民眾報案，有1隻小貓受困在三重中山高架橋下方，警消立即出動前往救援，抵達後發現受困貓咪是隻僅2個月大的幼貓，孤立無援的站在隔音板下方，因救援不易，警消想了多種方式救援小貓，花了近1個小時，最後利用水柱，將小貓逼往靠近警消的地方，再以掃把將小貓勾往警消，順利將小貓救起，引起現場民眾歡聲雷動，爭相拍照，也結束了這場驚險的救貓記。
