| 法艾菲爾鐵塔關閉 遊客敗興而歸

【綜合報導】法國巴黎地標艾菲爾鐵塔(Eiffel Tower)，前天因工作人員罷工而暫時關閉，但現場仍有許多不知情的遊客前往艾菲爾鐵塔，一聽到關閉，都相當失望。
這次罷工原因是因為勞工認為薪資條件和工作環境都未改善，因此300名員工響應罷工，而艾菲爾鐵塔何時會重新開張，目前仍是未知數。艾菲爾鐵塔曾於3年前的冬天，因為下大雪而停止營運2天。

蘋果日報-出口商求貶值死心吧 彭老宣示不需安倍3箭
安倍3箭政策成為各出口商挑戰央行的主要理由，彭淮南昨天自備14頁報告，強調「台灣不需要安倍3箭政策」，強勢捍衛央行匯率政策自主權，藉此告訴出口商「死了這條心吧，央行不考慮干預台匯」。
經濟日報-利率連八季不動 央行：Q3續寬鬆
美國聯準會提出量化寬鬆（QE）政策退場時程，牽動國際金融市場動盪，中央銀行昨（27）日理監事會決議維持重貼現率等指標利率不變，但總裁彭淮南明確指出，美國QE退場將帶來重大衝擊，央行會注意情勢，採取妥適貨幣政策。
工商時報-彭淮南：台灣不需安倍3箭
安倍經濟學受全球關注，國內企業家更不時提出台灣也應該「借箭」，中央銀行總裁彭淮南昨（27）日則直言，台灣不需要安倍三箭，主要是貨幣寬鬆部分，「我們已經做的比日本好」；擴張財政支出提高則有難行之處；至於結構改革，台灣也有長期措施，只是要更積極推動。
