| 提振經濟 張家祝祭5大列車

經濟部今天(28日)宣布，將推出包括投資、消費、出口、節能及法規鬆綁等5大「提振經濟列車」，打算把資源集中在改善投資環境和法規制度鬆綁，期盼能達到全年民間投資新台幣1.2兆、出口成長5.5%的目標，並在全球不景氣下，為台灣經濟注入新活力。
在行政院提出13項短期刺激景氣措施後，經濟部再推出包括投資、消費、出口、節能及法規鬆綁等5大「提振經濟列車」，希望從改善投資環境及法規制度面著手，有效提振經濟。經濟部長張家祝：『(原音)我們透過制度檢討、法規鬆綁，另外創造一些新的投資機會，能創造投資誘因，相信對於經濟能夠注入新成長活力有幫助。下半年我們會集中全力跟資源，來推動5個面向，也就是今天所說的5部列車重點工作。』
經濟部將今年民間投資目標訂為新台幣1.2兆，除了在9月舉辦台商投資高峰會和全球招商大會外，10月也將籌組赴歐招商團。
經濟部近期更積極安排和業界接觸，了解產業界的心聲。以外勞議題來說，張家祝強調，經濟部會和主管機關做有效溝通，希望能解決業界缺工的問題。張家祝：『(原音)鼓勵台商回台投資，我們有特定目標範圍。當然勞工主管機關，甚至其他一般勞工各界就比較能夠接受；而且我們非常希望確實要能夠讓本國勞工要第一優先，要能夠解決我們就業問題，不能把這個機會，連規劃、考慮都沒有，就直接找外勞，而且降低成本不是考慮因素。』
在出口方面，經濟部將以「螞蟻雄兵」攻勢，籌組超過300個海外展團，促成6,500家以上買主來台採購，同時協助台灣廠商進軍全球市場，力拼今年出口成長5.5%，同時，對新興市場也能有2位數的成長目標。
