| 法公債逼近2兆歐元

法國國家統計暨經濟研究局（INSEE）今表示，今年首季法國公債再增365億歐元，至3月底公債總額達1兆8703億歐元，占國內生產毛額（GDP）91.7%，比去年底又增1.5個百分點。
INSEE表示，今年首季的法國公債，光是國家債務就達1兆4772億歐元，其他像是社會保險，截至3月底達2127億歐元，地方政府債務達1705億歐元，中央政府機構99億歐元。
統計顯示，去年底至今年首季，短短3個月內，政府的淨負債總額又增加219億歐元，累計達1萬6971億歐元，占GDP的83.3%。
根據馬斯垂克條約（Maastricht Treaty）與歐洲聯盟頒布的「歐盟穩定暨成長公約」（SGP）規定，會員國政府預算赤字不得超過GDP的3%、公共債務不得超過GDP的60%，否則可處罰鍰，以各會員國GDP的0.5%計。
