| 行政院新聞傳播預算 小刪8百萬元

【何哲欣／台北報導】行政院裁撤新聞局後，改設發言人說明政府政策，行政院明年度編列的新聞傳播業務計畫，共編列6892萬4千元。立法院內政委員會今天挑燈夜戰審行政院預算，民進黨立委陳其邁等人質疑，發言人辦公室編制竟還是高達66人，組織改造未落實，且今年度上半年，業務的預算執行率還不到35%，有浮編之嫌，因此提案刪減預算，最後朝野立委討論後通過，小刪8百萬元，另外再凍結9百萬元，等行政院提出檢討報告後，才可動支。

「After School」22歲成員娜娜，五官精緻甜美，凍蒜「世界最美臉蛋」亞軍。
【林奕雯╱綜合報導】美國電影網站「TC Candler」前天公布「2013世界最美臉蛋」，韓國長腿辣妹團「After School」人氣成員娜娜，僅敗給法國影后瑪莉詠柯蒂亞（Marion Cotillard）榮登亞軍，昨卻被韓國網友搜出她大餅臉、小眼舊照，質疑她非「天然美女」。

TC Candler網站14年前起，每年揭曉世界百大最美臉蛋，今年勇奪亞軍的娜娜，不但擊敗「miss A」當紅成員秀智、「少女時代」隊長太妍等同胞女星，還創歷年韓國女星排名新高，但舊照中的她，與現在擁有迷人電眼、鵝蛋臉的模樣差很大，網友酸說：「這究竟是化妝的魔力，還是整形的威力呢？」她則未回應整形傳言。
