1.求兩焦點(0﹐1)及(8﹐1)，長軸長為10之橢圓方程式。
2.求到兩定點(0﹐4)﹐(0﹐-4)距離和為10之圖形方程式。
3.求橢圓兩頂點為(3﹐3)﹐(3﹐-7)且短軸長為8之方程式。
4.求下列各雙曲線之中心、焦點、頂點、貫軸長、共軛軸長、正焦弦長
及漸近線方程式。
(1) 9x2–4y2=36。
(2) 9(y+3)2–16 (x–4)2=144。
(3) 9x2–4y2+18x+4y–41=0。
(4) 4x2–16y2+4x+16y+1=0。
5.兩頂點(0﹐2)與(0﹐-2)，焦點(0﹐3)之雙曲線方程式。
6.二頂點為(-2﹐-4)與(-2﹐8)共軛軸長為10的雙曲線方程式。
7.以x+y-2=0與x-y-3=0為漸近線，且過(5﹐1)的雙曲線方程式。
8.跟兩定點(6﹐13)與(6﹐-13)距離差的絕對值恆24，則所有點的所成的圖形方程式為何？
9.求圓心(3﹐1)、半徑為4之圓方程式。
10.試求以A(-1﹐2)﹐B(7﹐8)為直徑端點之圓方程式。

小弟之前買了台小鴨 現在已經要做第一次保養了~ 本身家裡是做汽車維修的 老爸是說就直接在家裡保養就好~ 是比較便宜 但缺點是沒有保養的紀錄~ 去原廠 是比較貴一些 而且有保養紀錄~ 小弟是考量到 應該會在五年左右換車~ 怕跟買家說我都在家裡保養 好像缺了些可信度!! 那是不是都去原廠比較好呢?! 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.233.209

【時報記者莊丙農台北報導】勝悅新材料（Victory New Materials Limited Company）(1340)今天向臺灣證券交易所遞件申請股票第一上市，為今年第5家外國企業向臺灣證券交易所申請股票第一上市公司。
勝悅新材料為高分子材料研發廠商，註冊於英屬開曼群島，主要產品為鞋底材料，生產基地位於中國福建省晉江市，是少數具備上游材料研發能力廠商，除成功開發一次雙色雙密度產品，並已量產出貨外，2013年3月亦取得可分解EVA材料專利，未來可望成為公司另一成長動力，目前產品主要銷售給喬丹、安踏、特步、Reebok、Merrell等國內、外知名運動品牌。
該公司2012年度經會計師查核之擬制合併財務報告營業收入為新台幣21.1億元，合併稅後盈餘為5.24億元，每股盈餘為8.82元；2013年第1季經會計師核閱之合併營收為5.19億元，合併稅後盈餘為1.34億元，每股盈餘為2.18元。
