| 公務員酒駕連坐 李鴻源：若有效果，可考慮

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】考試院長關中反對公務員酒駕連坐，主管酒駕取締業務的內政部長李鴻源今早受訪時表示，國外確實有酒駕連坐政策，假如確實能達到防止酒駕的效果，這是可以考慮的方向；但關鍵還是國人應培養習慣，喝了酒就不要開車，不要逞強、勸酒，慢慢把文化改掉。

看到世界頂尖好手費德勒、納達爾接連在溫布頓爆冷落馬，球王喬柯維奇不受影響，昨再以7比6（2）、6比3、6比1橫掃美國選手雷諾茲，挺進第3輪，繼續朝個人生涯第2座溫布頓男單冠軍邁進。
喬柯維奇次輪遭遇世界排名第156的雷諾茲，在第1盤遭對手頑強抵抗，球王一路戰至搶7開始掌握優勢，不但以7比2拿下首盤，接下來更趁勝連拿2盤，最終以直落3取勝，不讓種子落難的意外發生在自己身上。
「世界排名較低的選手比較能拋開勝負的壓力，當他們有機會登上中央球場，常能打出生涯最佳表現。」喬柯維奇分析本屆溫布頓種子球員頻遭淘汰的情況引以為戒，「別小看任何對手，當你還在抓比賽節奏時，對手可能手感正熱，你就有可能輸球。」
隨著費德勒與納達爾等球星接連輸球，喬柯維奇成了本屆唯一曾拿過溫網冠軍的球員，將受到更多關注，但他已作好準備，他說：「那麼多頂尖球員落敗的確有點奇怪，對於接下來的比賽，我必須格外小心，我會試著更專注於自己的比賽。」
此外，我國王宇佐與第13種子德國哈斯的比賽，昨又因倫敦雨勢順延超過2小時才開打，他受制於對手發球威力，又無法保住自己的發球局，最終以3比6、2比6、5比7遭淘汰，結束今年溫網賽程；但殺進溫網第2輪，已追平個人最佳成績。
女子組方面，英國「天才少女」羅伯森在中央球場迎戰世界排名第117的哥倫比亞球員杜奎馬麗諾，獲得地主球迷全力支持，最終以6比4、6比1獲勝，首次闖進溫布頓32強。
