【黃楷棟／新北報導】今天下午2時許，三峽區三鶯大橋下河床突然傳出巨響，1名男子突然從30公尺高的橋上墜落到河床，救護人員獲報趕抵現場，發現該名男子非常幸運的僅受輕傷，送醫後並無大礙。

目擊者表示，當時他在橋下的腳踏車步道散步，突然聽到橋下河床中間傳來巨響，仔細一看才發現有人躺在河床上，他嚇的趕緊打119報案。

【顏振凱／台北報導】前副總統呂秀蓮提出的新北核四公投遭行政院公投審議委員會駁回，呂秀蓮、民進黨立委陳歐珀、民進黨新北市黨團總召集人沈發惠等人下午舉行記者會，宣布將對此提起訴願，呂秀蓮說，因為新北市發起核四公投，才讓馬政府決定要全國進行核四公投，但全國公投門檻高，她要和馬政府鬥法，除要針對新北公投遭駁回提出訴願，下週也將在台北市發動核四公投連署。

沈發惠也要求新北市長朱立倫應對新北市公投遭駁回要有作為，不能因為被馬英九總統、行政院長江宜樺吐了口水，就唾面自乾。與會的宜蘭縣府秘書黃玲娜說，宜蘭縣府已在準備釋憲文，將對遭中央駁回的宜蘭核四公投案提出釋憲，也考慮配合呂秀蓮提出訴願。
