【王家俊／台北報導】考試院長關中上午向院會報告「對年金改革的後續建議」，為解決公務人員退休後支領雙薪的問題，擬比照美國「退休收入測試(Retirement Earnings Test,RET)」，對於未達正常退休年齡(美國聯邦公務人員2010年是66歲)，當退休後有給職工作的全年所得超過14160美元門檻(約42萬台幣)，每多賺一美元將扣減0.5美元的退休金。

以美國為例，這項退休收入測試只要納入社會保險體系者均適用，不限從公、私部門退休，亦不限轉任公、私單位，考試院認為可以引用在公僕退休後的總體收入，類似「虹吸管原理」。關中另建議，開闢或調增消費稅、營業稅、能源稅等，擴大稅基，挹注各項年金。

【綜合報導】由唐季禮監製，網羅黃曉明、林心如、劉詩詩等大牌主演的電視劇《精忠岳飛》近日密集宣傳。監製唐季禮接受媒體訪問時透露，他邀請到周華健演唱《精忠岳飛》主題曲，還基於40年的友情不收半毛錢。
 
唐季禮更加碼爆料兩人同窗時的糗事，他說有一次考試，兩人英文都不太好，一起作弊被抓，結果唐季禮幸運脫身，而周華健卻受處罰。

【綜合報導】俄羅斯一名男子將車停在停車場內，但日前他不滿有輛深藍色車子擋在他的車前，讓他無法順利通行，於是他砸壞藍車的車窗，並將車子拖到旁邊。

但別以為男子就此罷手，隨後他叫來一輛水泥車，直接朝藍色車「灌漿」，男子才結束洩憤行動。
