| 稽查男女嬰失衡 衛生署還要加強力道

【張博亭／台北報導】日前有產科醫師因接生男嬰明顯多於女嬰，遭衛生單位調查，也引起爭議，衛生署國民健康局局長邱淑媞今表示，國內男女嬰性別已有失衡現象，須加強源頭管理，將全面禁止採母血篩檢胎兒性別；對於下游負責接生的產科醫師，若發現接生性別比有異常，邱淑媞稱仍會進行了解，但不會當成重點稽查項目。
衛生署今召開跨局處工作會議，針對男女嬰失衡，邱淑媞說，源頭管理的方法，除禁止採母血篩檢胎兒性別，篩檢的試劑也會管制，且未來還將進一步禁止醫師以檢測遺傳疾病為藉口、抽母血來篩選胎兒性別。
邱淑媞今表示還會加強稽查男女嬰性別失衡現象。一周刊提供

| 大陸、南韓首腦開會在即，韓財長籲加快FTA談判

 南韓總統朴槿惠(Park Geun-hye，見附圖)即將在今(27)日稍晚與中國大陸國家主席習近平會面，屆時兩人將討論北韓的核武問題以及如何促進兩國之間的經濟合作。南韓財政部長玄(日午)錫(Hyun Oh-seok)在兩位首腦會談前夕表示，南韓與大陸的自由貿易協定(FTA)談判現在必須有實質的進展，才能進行下一階段的討論。
韓國聯合通訊社(Yonhap)報導，玄(日午)錫27日表示，首爾、北京政府展開自由貿易談判後已經過一年之久，現在雙方必須要有實質上的進展，才能讓第一階段的談判目標圓滿達成。他說，倘若兩國領袖對此皆有共識，那麼雙方就能藉此讓貿易談判進一步發展。
玄(日午)錫同時預期，南韓與大陸的領袖會面後，有望針對經濟、文化、科學與技術等多項領域敲定合作協議。
