| 〈快訊〉6號颱風「倫比亞」成形 明影響菲國

目前中心位置在菲律賓馬尼拉東南方850公里海面上，以每小時21轉24公里速度，向西北轉西北西進行，由於颱風的環境風場較強，所以讓速度相對快了些，今晚已經有外圍環流影響，預估明天白天就會影響菲律賓陸地。

| 泰勞口渴偷荔枝 辯稱家鄉沒看過想吃吃

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】一名泰國籍勞工BUASRI（38歲）廿八日凌晨騎腳踏車經過台中市潭子區大豐路旁一處荔枝園，涉嫌持剪刀偷減荔枝，路過民眾發現報警逮人。該名泰勞供稱，因口渴，發現荔枝園的荔枝又圓又美味，在泰國的故鄉不曾看過這種東西，想剪回去宿舍與其他朋友同享止渴。警方調查，該名泰勞竊得荔枝六公斤，價值九百六十元，泰勞被依照竊盜罪送辦。
