【都會中心／台中報導】王先生向《蘋果》投訴，前幾天跟友人到台中市精誠路燒烤王吃 飯，離開時桌上剩一盤烤了四片的豬肉、鳳梨、泡菜和4顆小小的香腸及2~3片肉，離開時 店家說「要對自己的食物負責，吃完才能走」，但友人覺得那盤沒烤的豬肉口味不好，有 點噁心且肉很硬，但店家態度強硬，非要他們吃完，友人說寧願被罰錢，業者竟說「不要 錢，請你們也沒關係！」但要求一定要吃完。 王先生說，他和友人拗不過業者，只好硬把食物吃光，但一名友人隨即衝到店外吐， 「從來沒有遇過這麼誇張的店！」他已向台中市消保官反映。消保官表示， 業者應與消費 者好好溝通、協商如何處理，若強迫消費者非得吃完才能離開，可能觸犯強制罪。 http://ppt.cc/bsM7 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.87.252.73

| 張安樂返台 刑事局：移送歸案

（中央社記者劉建邦台北28日電）竹聯幫大老「白狼」張安樂預定29日返回台灣。刑事局今天重申嚴正執法，因張安樂仍遭通緝，入境國門後直接移送檢方歸案。
因違反組織犯罪防制條例遭台北地檢署通緝，潛逃大陸17年的張安樂，今年3月，曾向媒體透露想回台；6月間，又接受大陸媒體採訪，表達想返台意願。
由張安樂成立的中華統一促進黨發出請帖，昨晚在上海舉辦辭行晚宴，並發出邀請函，請帖內容載敘，張安樂闊別台灣17年，踏上返鄉路，選在返台前向上海友人辭行。
警方表示，根據情資，張安樂預定29日下午2時抵達松山機場，不排除在機場逕行逮捕，並移送台北地檢署歸案。
台北市警察局說，中華統一促進黨日前申請29日在松山機場前的民權東路、敦化北路集會遊行，已核准；初估2000多人參與，為防範幫派串連，規劃周遭部署約上千名警力，全程錄影監控，以便蒐集情資。
北市警局表示，要求台北市刑大針對幫派分子進行約制，轄區松山警分局負責交通維安等工作，會依集會遊行人數多寡，調集附近分局支援，不容許彰顯黑道氣焰。
刑事局說，現年65歲的張安樂遭通緝多年，29日抵台後立即逮人，並移送台北地檢署歸案。1020628
