（中央社記者陳至中台北2013年6月28日電）立法院最新三讀通過的高級中等教育法，讓高中職行政更有彈性，校方可以增設副校長，或依業務需要增設處室等一級單位。
過去高中職只能有校長，校長以下便是各處室主任，都市區規模較大的學校，校長常忙得無法分身。教育部為落實學校管理，在新訂的高級中等教育法中，賦予學校增設副校長的彈性。
除了學生事務處、教務處、總務處等處室外，未來高中職也可依需求，增設一級單位，讓學校便於發展特色。不過，為了避免人員浮編，教育部將訂定相關子法，讓公私立高中職的組織、人員編制，都能符合一定標準。
另外，高級中等教育法施行後，所有高中職的夜間部，都將走入歷史，轉型為進修部。
立法院昨天三讀通過十二年國教母法，但這只是開端。教育部指出，與高級中等教育法相關的授權子法總計有55種，後續將儘速訂定。
