標題[請益] 脫皮的手指該使用哪種護手霜?

自從天氣漸漸變熱開始，手指頭開始脫皮 甚至起小小顆的水泡，但是不痛也不癢 平常沒有接觸過腐蝕性的東西 也很少使用在碰洗碗精之類的 但就默默的脫起皮來 脫皮的程度就如照片這樣： http://i.imgur.com/DHZKo0m.jpg

| 高雄天鵝堡啟用 提供喜憨兒終生照護

高雄旗山喜憨兒天鵝堡照顧中心昨(28)日開幕。這幢彷彿童話故事中，如夢似幻的建築，是參考德國新天鵝堡而建的，未來提供喜憨兒邁入老憨兒後的終生安養照護。
市長陳菊主持開幕時表示，身心障者是社會的寶貝，市府將持續與民間合作互動，提供健全完善的社會福利，並預計在旗美地區擴大服務據點，讓障友獨立尊嚴生活。
陳菊指出，天鵝堡擺脫一般安養院的刻板印象，外觀華麗壯觀，內部設施完善，是老憨兒安養天年的家，未來憨兒或家長年邁，無須擔心老年照護問題。她說，目前全市約有1.3萬障友，市府樂意與民間合作，擴大社會福利範圍，讓身心障者獲得更健全的照顧、尊嚴生活。
喜憨兒天鵝堡照顧中心位於旗山嶺口山間，斥資1億元興建，99年10月動工，歷經兩年多落成啟用；天鵝堡為6層樓建物，可容納99位憨兒全日型住宿、日間托育、健康管理、復建及園藝療育等服務，提供老憨兒家庭身心陪伴及照顧需求，減輕憨兒家庭及社會負擔。
而內部設施1樓為天鵝藝廊、商品展示區、餐廳及廚房，讓憨兒接觸藝術、陶冶身心；2樓設有音樂教室、美術教室及圖書室，豐富憨兒生活；3樓配置復建室、健康中心、起居室等，減緩老化時程；大型室內活動場所位於5樓；6樓則備有電腦教室及少見的多感官教室，由專業治療設計療育課程，頂樓並有枯山水庭園，透過造景構成精神園林。
