扶輪社世界年會 里斯本召開

（中央社台北2013年6月29日電）國際扶輪社（RotaryInternational）23日於葡萄牙首都里斯本舉行第104屆世界年會，臺灣7個扶輪地區分別由各區總監帶領，共500餘位社友出席。
本屆年會計有165個國家，約2萬5000名社友出席。
世界年會友誼之家臺灣館亦於大會開幕當日下午舉行開幕儀式，由館主臺灣扶輪3510地區前總監張瑞欽主持開幕。
中華民國駐葡萄牙代表何建功應邀致詞時表示，歡迎臺灣地區扶輪社友出席大會，並感謝社友長期從事社會公益之貢獻，同時在NGO國際場域中提升臺灣知名度與能見度。
第104屆世界年會並於26日上午全體會議中，由現任國際扶輪社社長田中作次宣布2014-2015社長當選人為臺北扶輪社社長黃其光。此為108年以來，首位臺灣社員當選國際扶輪社長。

| 家暴男揮刀嚇妻 違反家暴令遭檢起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名25歲游姓男子，長期對妻子拳腳相向，前年妻子申請保護令獲准，去年1月13日，基隆地院強制游男必須在6個月內，完成為期12周的「認知輔導救育」課程，但游男僅接受輔導8次，之後就沒有再出席。
警方要求游男到場說明，他辯稱妻子已撤銷輔導計畫。經檢方調查發現，游男載妻子接送小孩時對她咆嘯，更持刀亂揮將沙發割破，威脅妻子撤銷保護令聲請狀，昨天，檢方依違反家暴保護令罪嫌將游男起訴。
