| 護主權海權 菲擬引美日勢力

菲律賓媒體今天報導，國防部長蓋茲敏（Voltaire Gazmin）說，正思考美日等盟友使用菲國軍事設施的可能性，以保障菲律賓在南海區域的主權與利益。
「菲律賓每日詢問者報」等媒體報導，蓋茲敏說，菲國正研議，依循憲法和軍事互訪協定的架構，同美日等盟友簽署協議，讓「美軍的設備進來」，但不會增建軍事基地。
他說，菲律賓需要盟友協助，才能對抗區域內其他「更大的力量」。
近年來，菲律賓屢因南海主權爭議與中國不時產生摩擦，唯力量薄弱，難與中共解放軍抗衡。
目前菲律賓正與美國在黃岩島附近海域，舉行為期近1周的海上軍事演習，日本防衛大臣小野寺五典昨會晤蓋茲敏，討論強化日菲國防合作。

各位大大好：
有朋友來訪，想帶他們到台中東海大學，再到東海國際藝術街用餐，回程時想到著名的清水休息站看看
想請問從苗栗到台中東海大學到東海國際藝術街到清水休息站怎麼走比較順
上網查了一下，台中東海大學到國際藝術街似乎挺近的，從東海大學出來後要去藝術街，用開車的要怎麼走，車可停在哪

| 鴻海布局 郭守正接班意味濃

鴻海董事長郭台銘長子郭守正，昨（28）日首度以永齡慈善及教育基金會董事長身分出席相關活動，由於鴻海下半年啟動分拆轉型佈局，外界認為，郭台銘下一步將是佈局新一代接班人，郭守正接棒意味濃。
永齡教育基金會昨舉行「永齡希望小學」執行成果暨補救教學學術研討會，鴻海透露，原本計畫安排郭台銘和郭守正「父子同台」，但郭台銘臨時有事無法出席。郭守正則指出，父親要他接下這個「重擔（基金會董座）」，負責鴻海公益業務。
鴻海表示，永齡教育基金會主要業務分為慈善、教育和健康3大區塊，而郭守正在父親郭台銘「曉以大義」後，上周接任基金會董事長，負責慈善和教育業務。
郭台銘日前於股東會表示，產業需要有「三創」，要創新、創意、創業，他現在做的是前無古人的事，並帶領鴻海走出創新的路，除了以增加股東權益為第一原則，且協助年輕人發揮創業，並在大中華地區持續扎根。他突然話鋒一轉的指出，鴻海不是他一個人可以操控的，公司文化所建立的傳承精神，未來不論鴻海是誰接班，都可以持續成長。
由於郭台銘宣佈將90％的財產捐做公益，只留10％給家人，按富比世今年3月公布的富豪排行榜，郭台銘以51億美元排行台灣第三，按此估算，郭台銘捐做公益的財產金額將超過45億美元。其中150億元亦透過永齡基金會捐給台大醫院打造台大癌症治療中心，開發中子、光子等癌症治療技術，基金會成為郭台銘主要財產的未來社會福利重心。
