《外資》QE陰霾未除，瑞銀證調降台股高點預估

【時報-台北電】考量QE退場將拖累全球股市不確定性，瑞銀證券將年底台股指數高點預估值由8,650點調降至8,000點，台灣區研究部主管董成康昨（27）日指出，台股將持續盤整4個月之久，建議將資金轉進金融與電子零組件族群，但整體而言，下半年台股表現仍將優於亞太區其他股市。

這也是美國聯準會釋出下半年QE將逐步退場消息後，首家調降台股指數高點預估值的外資券商。台股昨天在美股收高與亞股大漲帶動下上漲99點，外資結束連11日賣超、轉為買超11億元。

瑞銀證券在台北舉行投資論壇，共邀請65家亞太區企業與會，董成康指出，儘管近期有新版證所稅通過與兩岸服貿協議簽訂等利多消息，但感覺得出來近期客戶的投資氛圍變得比較保守，最大原因就是QE將逐步退場消息。

董成康同意其他外資法人所言，美國十年期公債殖利率是接下來重要觀察指標，只要由目前的2.6％繼續往上攀升，今年台股僅3.2％的現金收益率將不再具有吸引力，錢會往美國跑，更何況今年現金收益率還低於去年的4.2％。

從佈局角度來看，董成康看好金融與電子零組件族群，前者股價走勢與美國10年期公債殖利率呈現高度相關，後者則是因為下半年行動裝置產品開始走低價策略，在量增加、ASP走跌的情況下，擁有高技術門檻的零組件族群將是最大受惠者。此外，建議應先避開原物料族群。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者張志榮／台北報導）

仙人掌冒出黃色汁液凝結成珠狀在仙人掌上~縫隙間好像花都開不出來都枯萎了
