本人最近想換電腦了~擺脫掉這台......

| 請解釋【行到水窮處、坐看雲起時】的涵意

問：唐朝詩人王維有兩句詩「行到水窮處，坐看雲起時」，千古傳誦。人們常用來自勉或勉勵他人，遇到逆境絕境時，把得失放下，也許會有新的局面產生。如果從禪的立場來看這句話，會是怎麼說呢？
答：王維的詩與畫極富禪機禪意，文學史上尊他為「詩佛」。他的兩句詩「行到水窮處，坐看雲起時」，「水窮處」指的是什麼？登山時溯流而上，走到最後溪流不見了。
有一個可能是該處為山泉的發源地，掩於地表之下。另一個可能是下雨之後彙集而成的澗水在此地乾涸了。這個登山者走者走者，走到水不見了，索性坐下來，看見山巔上雲朵湧起。原來水上了天了，變成了雲，雲又可以變成雨，到時山澗又會有水了，何必絕望？
人生境界也是如此。在生命的過程中，不論是經營愛情、事業、學問等等，你勇往直前，到後來竟然發現那是一條絕路，沒法走下去了，山窮水盡悲哀失落的心境難免出現。此時不妨往旁邊或回頭看看，也許有別的路通往別處；即使根本沒有路可走了，往天空看吧！雖然身體在絕境中，但是心靈還可以暢遊太空，還可以很自在、很愉快地欣賞大自然，體會寬廣深遠的人生境界，再也不會覺得自己窮途末路。
「行到水窮處，坐看雲起時」有兩種境界在其中。第一種，處絕境時不要失望，因為那正是希望的開始；山裡的水是因雨而有的，有雲起來就表示水快來了。另一種境界是，即使現在不下雨也沒關係，總有一天會下雨。
從水窮到雲起到下雨的過程，正如一個人在修行過程中遇到很大的困難，有的是身體的障礙，有的是心理的障礙，有的是環境的障礙。如果因此而退心，要把念頭回到初發心的觀點上，初發心就是初發菩提心的時候。初發心時什麼也沒有，對修行的方法、修行的觀念都不瞭解。你先回溯當時的情形再看看目前，不是已經走了相當長的路了嗎？所以不要失望，不要放棄。人生的每個階段也都可能發生這種狀況，如果用這種詩境來看待，處處會有活路的。
