【高佳菁／台北報導】短線在外資籌碼仍不穩定，上半周在買盤恐無法延續情況下，大盤將以區間震盪的個股表現型態為主，大昌投顧預估今天指數將在7950~8100點區間震盪。
大昌投顧指出，台股近期在技術指標轉強及底部反轉型態確立後，隨著月營收陸續公布，大盤也將回歸基本面表現為主，DRAM、IC 設計、觸控面板及生技族群股價拉回皆可作留意。

| 中經院公告6月PMI值為53.6 小跌1.7個百分點

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】中經院今公告6月台灣製造業採購經理人指數(PMI)為53.6，較前月小跌1.7個百分點，中經院院長吳中書表示，5月波動較大的食品業有趨緩跡象，下半年經濟變數仍以歐美經濟為主，不過聯準會量化寬鬆政策退場衝擊有限，短期國內利多應以服務貿易協定為主，一旦完成簽約，有助兩岸進出口貿易。
中經院指出，6大產業PMI值中，除基礎原物料產業數值為44.7，為連2個月緊縮，其餘5大產業仍呈現擴張，依指數高低排序為食品暨紡織產業57、電子暨光學產業56.3、交通工具產業55、化學暨生醫產業54.8與電力暨機械設備產業53.9。

| 酒駕重機被查扣 保管場失竊

（中央社記者郝雪卿台中28日電）台中市議員謝志忠今天披露有民眾被警方查扣的重機，竟在車輛保管場內失竊，台中市警察局長刁建生說，將追究相關責任。
謝志忠今天在市政總質詢指出，5月26日台中市1名彭姓車主因酒駕被員警攔檢，酒測值超標，重型機車依法查扣，並於6月1日將車移至屯區車輛保管場。
謝志忠指出，拖吊場車輛管理辦法規定應每日清點車輛，但管理單位一直到6月14日才並發現機車不見了，顯然未確實清點，調閱監視攝影器後才發現早在6月9日上午9時50分就已被偷。
謝志忠質疑，6月9日被偷竊時警報器有響，但竊賊卻能順利牽走重機離開。另外14日發現被偷後，警方也未立即報案，遲至6月23日才報案，各種環節都讓人難以想像。
刁建生表示，這是一連串的錯誤所造成的，相關主管單位疏失很多，對於管理的鬆散及事後處置的失當，從大隊長到下屬，都會追究責任，也會請督導單位加強管理拖吊場，警方將全力調查此案。
台中市長胡志強也表示，發現竊案第1步驟就是調閱監視器，看完畫面後，對整體案件理應有合理懷疑，但卻拖了10天才報案。而且竊案發生時警報器響了也沒人處理，竊賊又是如何得知這個時間無人管理，這些都是必須釐清的疑點。
謝志忠指出，根據監視攝影器畫面比對重機車主，發現相似度高達90%，且保管場有這麼多輛新車，為什麼失竊的偏偏是這輛1995年出廠的老機車，他質疑這是有人公然嗆警。1020628
